1. Reservation and Booking
1.1. All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel.
1.2. A valid payment method is required to secure a booking.
1.3. Guests must provide accurate personal details during the booking process.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1. Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Latest check-in time: 9:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
Bookings are per night, and guests must check out by the designated time the following day. Guests who check in after 9:00 PM will still be charged for the full night, with no adjustments for lost time.
2.2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.3. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and the credit/debit card used for booking at check-in.
2.4. Cardholder Verification: The name on the provided ID must match the name on the payment card. If the credentials do not match, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
2.5. The hotel may request an additional deposit or pre-authorization on the card for incidentals.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Guests can cancel their reservation days before check-in to receive a full/partial refund.
